A common thanksgiving mistake people make is not eating all day so they can GO IN on mashed potatoes and whatever else there is for dinner. Seems smart in theory but actually just leads to hangry guests. Keep that from happening by setting out a little snack board for people to graze on without getting too full for a second piece of pie.
This guy has goat cheese, brie (duh), a smoked cheddar, salami, apple slices, some crackers, some pirates booty, olives, wasabi peas, chocolate, and some Swedish fish. Really just put whatever you want on there, keep some variety between sweet, salty, savory, and throw a couple unexpected things on there for fun.
